Our Promise
We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, it has become clear that the way we are able to interact with our clients has changed for the foreseeable future. Despite that, our goal at Combs Veterinary Clinic remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in need of surgical, dental, or medical care, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront.
As federal and local safety guidelines change and develop, we want you to know that our team is working hard to enact safety measures within our clinic to allow us to continue to provide care for your pets.
What We’re Doing

Curbside Concierge Service
We are continuing to offer curbside concierge service to our clients who prefer it. Call us when you arrive and our team will come out to your car and escort your pet to and from their appointment, offering you a contactless visit. We will also be happy to deliver any medication and prescription food right to your vehicle. Staff Services, including but not limited to toenail trims and non-exam vaccines, will be curbside until it is safe to open our lobby to the public. Drop-off appointments and Surgery/Dental appointment check-in will remain curbside as well.

Reopening Our Clinic
Call upon arrival and a staff member will escort you into the building for your pet’s appointment. We are allowing 1-2 healthy adults wearing a mask to enter for exam appointments.

Protective Equipment
All team members are provided with masks, gloves, and sanitizer stations.

Social Distancing
Our team members will strive to maintain 6 feet of distance from you for our mutual safety.

Healthy Team Members
We’re taking team health seriously, with measures including frequent hand washing, self-check procedures, and more.

Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitizing
Our hospital is cleaned and sanitized frequently, using EPA approved disinfectants, with special attention paid to heavy touch areas like doorknobs, phones, and computers.

Online Pharmacy
Need medication or prescription food? Check out our online store, where you can order and have the items you need delivered directly to your door.

Wear a Mask and Practice Social Distancing
